Welcome to the G.U.I.D.E. Cohort
The structure your business has needed...and the push you’ve been avoiding.
Your team wants clarity. Your business needs structure. And you’re tired of duct-taping processes together or “trying another software” hoping this time it’ll magically solve everything. This cohort was built specifically for Low Voltage Custom Integrators who...
-Keep running into the same operational problems
-Can’t get consistent results across their team
-Feel stretched thin because everything depends on them
want to scale, but their current processes can’t support itAnd here’s the reality...
If you don’t know how the work actually gets done, you can’t fix what keeps breaking. That’s why I created the G.U.I.D.E. Framework — Great Utility In Documented Experiences. It gives you a clear lens to see what’s really holding your business back, the structure your team needs, and the foundation required to scale without burning out your people (or yourself). It’s the same system I use with clients 1:1 across multiple industries, now standardized so any size integrator can use it to build a scalable operational foundation. If you’re ready to build a business that runs smoother, delivers better customer experiences, and doesn’t fall apart every time you get busy, this course was built for you.

Hi, I'm JasonCreator of the G.U.I.D.E. Cohort, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and Process Architect with 30+ years in the CI industry.I’ve spent my entire career in Luxury Consumer Electronics & Custom Integration industry and have worked with 100's of Custom Integration firms from solo operators to firms with 100+ employees across multiple divisions. No matter the size, one thing was always true...they didn’t have the operational structure needed to support growth. And the same issues kept showing up...
Siloed teams
Miscommunication
Chaotic handoffs
Inconsistent execution
Frustrated project managers
Tribal knowledge that only exists in a few headsAnd despite all the software, all the checklists, all the meetings…nothing really changed. My turning point came when I became a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and finally saw operations for what they are. A flow. A system. A set of habits. A series of truths that either support growth or quietly sabotage it.That’s what led me to build the G.U.I.D.E. Framework. A practical, proven way to redefine how your organization operates and give your people the clarity they’ve been asking for.
Here’s what one past attendee had to say...
What the G.U.I.D.E. Cohort can Do for You
Clarity. Structure. Accountability. Real change. This cohort gives Custom Integrators a practical, actionable blueprint for solving the operational problems that slow your business down.Together, we will:
Identify your operational flow inside your business
Expose gaps in process, responsibilities, and communication
Strengthen consistency across your team
Build practical tools that support growth
Help you establish habits that outlast busy seasons
Give you the accountability structure to finally follow throughBy the end of the cohort, you’ll have:
A clear view of how your work actually gets done
A repeatable system for eliminating bottlenecks
Tools and templates that increase alignment
A foundation you can build on as you scale
Confidence in your operations instead of chaosReady to get started?

Before we go further, let's be honest…this is a DIY cohort. You have to show up and do the work.
This isn’t magic. It’s not a “Jason will fix your business while you’re out running jobs” situation. You have to show up. You have to engage. You have to participate in discussions. You have to complete the assignments. You have to build the habits of working ON your business not just IN it.The tools are powerful.
The framework works.
The community is supportive.
But none of it matters if you don’t use it.If you want a silver bullet, this isn’t it.
If you want a real operational shift, this is where it starts.
