  • How many people are in the cohort? - It will be limited to 10 people with multiple sessions running simultaneously.

  • Do I have to attend every live session? - No but you'll miss out on all of the collaboration. Recorded sessions will be available.

  • Will the templates be editable? - Yes all of them will be editable for you to customize except for the Client Journey Workflow

  • How will this get my team to follow the process? - It's not a quick fix. A team's ability to follow a process starts with a strong culture and clear core values. Once those are in place, the missing piece is implementing the right process to support them.
